These terms govern your use of Mainta, provided by Mainta Vortex Systems Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated: [date].
Mainta is software for managing maintenance, vendors, levies and scheduled upkeep for landlords, estates and businesses. We may improve or change features over time.
Keep your login secure and give accurate information. The organisation that registers is responsible for the users it adds and for what they do in its account.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other organisations' data, upload unlawful content, or send spam or abusive messages through it.
Paid plans are billed in naira for 30-day periods through Paystack. Paying again before expiry extends the plan by 30 days. If a plan lapses, the account moves to the Free plan, existing data is kept, and you cannot add units above the Free limit. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or we agree otherwise: [refund policy]. We may change prices with [30] days' notice.
Mainta records and helps collect levies. Payments are processed by Paystack under its terms. The estate or landlord, not Mainta, is responsible for the amounts it charges residents and for any dispute about them. We may charge a transaction fee as stated in your plan.
You own the data you put into Mainta. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Vendors are independent of Mainta. We do not guarantee the quality, price or timing of any vendor's work.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous [12] months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop using Mainta at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On request we will export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go to the courts of [Lagos State] unless we agree on arbitration. Contact: [support email].
